My “Why”: I Want to Inspire and Empower People to Succeed with Joy
This brief statement is the reason I speak and work with executives around the country and it holds me accountable to what I do every day. Originally from Tennessee and an entrepreneur at heart, I started my career as a software distributor mobilizing labor management data for executives in the healthcare sector. Later, I worked for one of the world’s largest medical device companies, Zimmer Biomet, driving growth in a highly competitive and regulated market. I am a strong believer in leadership and as Director of Sales for a $250 million division, I built and led successful commercial teams across the U.S and Canada. After a large-scale merger and acquisition, I shifted to operations supporting over 400 business development professionals and giving expertise to global distributors on employee engagement, growth strategies and business intelligence.
 Now, as an Executive Advisor for Culture Index, I leverage my experience working exclusively with visionary entrepreneurs, CEOs and business leaders to help them scale and transform their organizations using human analytics.
Dr. Elise is the dynamic owner of Impact Chiropractic, a multimillion-dollar all-cash practice with four locations, including seven full-time doctors and two interns. With a unique leadership style rooted in her Enneagram 3 wing 2, she excels at balancing CEO responsibilities with hands-on leadership, guiding her team through Level 10 meetings, doctor training, and growth initiatives.
Dr. Elise’s ability to scale and expand her practice through partnerships and satellite locations is a testament to her business acumen. She thrives in a collaborative, high-performance culture and has a passion for empowering her team to achieve both professional and personal growth.
Her extensive experience in building successful, multi-location practices and leading high-performing teams makes her the perfect leader for a team training workshop.
